Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase/availing service, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products or service that you purchased with us.

CHARGING SERVICE

USER REGISTRATION The person who is using the service should be registered to the system as a user/customer. For registering as a user/customer, the person who uses the service should log on to the Bharat Charge APP and register themselves by providing personal information such as phone number, email, and name. The user can use their phone number for registering. Additional personal information might be required after registration subject to services requested.

CONNECTION TO THE SERVICE The user can access the charging points with the help of the Bharat Charge platform.

CHARGING SESSION The charging session starts from the time when the user starts the session through the app or RFID Key, and ends either when the session timer runs out or when the session is terminated manually from the app or RFID Key. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that charging begins and completes correctly.

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING REFUND

Refunds must be requested by sending an email to support@bharatcharge.in with the reason for refund. Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of booking. Requests after 72 hours will not be considered. Processing of approved refunds can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

Refund Fee: A transaction fee of 2% plus 18% tax will be deducted from the refund amount.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR REFUNDS

  • The device is unable to provide output even with power supply.
  • The device is inaccessible due to software/firmware issues from the Bharat Charge
  • The device stops abruptly due to technical issues; partial refunds based on usage may apply.
  • Payment successful but user unable to reach booking page. Upon verification, refund may be issued.
  • Failed payments are handled by the payment gateway and usually refunded automatically within 7 business days.
  • Any transaction failure will be verified using the transaction ID with the internal team; if eligible, refund will be processed.

DEFINITIONS

  • Company refers to GREENGLIDE RENEWABLES LLP (BHARAT CHARGE), 5-4-9, J.N. Road, Abids, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500001.
  • Wallet refers to the pre-paid balance used to charge your EV using our service.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Bharat Charge, accessible from bharatcharge.in
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the entity they represent.

YOUR REFUND RIGHTS You are entitled to request a wallet refund.
